Director of Fraud & Risk

Lyz is the Director of Fraud & Risk for ClickBank. Using her experience in catching global fraud trends, designing fraud processes, chargeback mitigation, and more ignites her passion to drive revenue while decreasing fraud and chargeback rates. During her 13 years in ecommerce she has become an expert in her field, giving her the opportunity to educate for other companies on fraud any payment issues. Lyz specializes in identifying data to establish fraud patterns and utilizing that data to maintain fraud and chargeback rates. She designed ClickBank’s fraud process from creating and maintaining the rules for the fraud system, to monitoring all incoming clients, to maintaining both fraud and chargeback rates for ClickBank in every currency. Lyz has also spoken at various fraud shows, published articles and been featured in educational webinars.

The high standard to which our solution is held, as well as working cross-functionally with our partner teams keep this job both challenging and exciting each day. Outside of work, Sam loves being a mom (to both her daughter and golden retriever), and enjoys doing all things typical of anyone living in Seattle; including drinking too much coffee, hiking and escaping to Whidbey Island for some beach time!
